I guess you downloaded this:
"mod_logdb binary files for ejabberd 2.0.5"
and copied the files to your ejabberd 2.1.3. That obviously can have problems.

I've downloaded the original patch for 2.1.3, updated it to ejabberd 2.1.4, then compiled ejabberd 2.1.4 with the changes with Erlang R12B-5, and uploaded the modified files to:
http://tkabber.jabber.ru/files/contributions/mod_logdb-2.1.4.zip

I think that will work for you.
