I'm stuggling with this problem:
I would like to log chats to PostgreSQL database. I have found that mod_logdb may be solution for me, but documentation about this module are obsolete and links and svn repos are unreacheable.
Please, can anybody tell me, how to log chats in year 2013?

You could consider using
You could consider using mod_archive. It has the ability to "auto" save messages.
