When an anonymous users tries to add a remote contact(contact on a federated domain) we see the error remote-server-not-found, but when a registered user add the same user there is no problem.
Is there any setting in ejabberd which allows these anonymous users to communicate with remote users?

Please ignore the question. It was a dial back issue because of misconfiguration. There is no other configuration required to allow anonymous users to communicate with federated domains and it works perfectly now.
