Integrate LDAP without admin account.

Hi,
I have installed eJabberd with self account system and now I want to integrate it with the Active Directory of my company. However, I'm a normal user in my domain, so could I user my account to integrate with my company one?

I wonder why eJabberd need a LDAP admin account to integrate with active directory?
