I created a shared roster group and automatically every user who registers will be seen in that group.
Now the problem is I created a muc room and unable to invite all the people in the roster at once.
Is it even possible?? if so.....how??

You can invite multiple JID at once in a MUC room, as defined in .
At the protocol level, it is totally independent from roster.
How to do that in practice from your client UI, finally depends on your client. You should ask the developer of your client to add a feature to allow inviting a whole roster group to a chat room in a single step.
