I've been having some trouble conencting to the admin web panel. I followed this guide, and my .yml looks more or less the same. I've tried having the public dns include and exclude the 3 "ec2" characters, no difference. I've always changed the security permissions on my instance to allow inbound on port 5280; my browser still cannot connect.
