I found that the stanza-id is always similar to the message send time in Ejabberd. So I want to know if is can be used as message send time.

If stanza-id is random by definition, but the current implementation uses time, there's no guarantee that may change in a future version. So, you can use that at your own risk: it may change in a future version without notice.
