Who can patch ejabberdctl to start/stop/restart Vhosts

it's anybody can patching ejaberdctrl to add start/stop/restart functions for vhosts ?

One good man give me link(http://article.gmane.org/gmane.network.jabber.ejabberd/1974) with code for control vhosts, but my Erlang knowlege is so bad :(

Also it seem this is helpful functiontion!
