Hi,
When I am using command "destroy_room". It will be deleted the room but it is not removing conference from the user's private storage.
Is there any other way to do this?
Please confirm me.

There is no way to do this
There is no way to do this indeed. Private storage is just, well, private storage and is independant from MUC service.
