Help please, can not see avatars in customers, capital letters are displayed on a colored background, but if you add an avatar on the device where you add - is visible, but others do not. We are talking about mobile devices.

Avatar are handled by Vcard.
Avatar are handled by Vcard. Set a Vcard with an avatar and if the client support it, it should be displayed.
