Can't start ejabberd on Zentyal

Hello everybody,

I'new here and this is my first post.
I habe a Zentyal 3.0 machine (based on Ubuntu 12.04 x64) and it runs fine, but I cannot start the ejabberd service. The start button in the webinterface remains always green. All modules are up to date.
If you try to start it by command line it doesn't work too.

The log says:

root@server:/var/log/ejabberd# cat ejabberd.log
