We want to hire a person (or Team) with good experience, customizing and maintaining an ejabberd cluster solution

Hello everyone, We would like to hire someone to customize the ejabberd Xmpp Server.
We are running a social communication site by using Openfire. We had already build few module for Openfire but for the performance issue we would like to switch Openfire to ejabberd. so we need professional help.
