enable captcha for apps

Hi,

I currently have captcha module working for website registration via http://mychatserver/register/ to register new accounts for in band registration.

I would like to enable this captcha form on apps aswell, ie on conversations, pidgin, gajim etc. at the moment it doesn't prompt the captcha form so it's open to spam abuse.
