I am running on Gentoo 2008.0 and did an install from the portage tree.
All ran well and ejabber will start and run, however the web admin interface on port 5280 is not running.
Is there a module or something that I need to activate?
FYI: The system (and web_admin) runs fine when installed from the downloadable install on project-one site, but I would like to get the Gentoo problem figured out.

for web-admin enable USE-flag "web". also look for another flags.
