The next stupid but, fortunately, brief question is...
is there a way to make ejabberd automaticly grant presence subscription, when user put another to his roster ?
I.e. to eliminate these questions, allow to add, or not, etc?
It can be done on client side, maybe...
But can this be possible with ejabberd configs?
As I remember... other jabber server :) has this option (I'm not shure, I uninstalled it :)

on server side you can create "shared roster group" but JID can be only from you server.

(I not much interested in shared roster, I mean just autosubscription - if it's correct name for eliminate questions for user, allow show his presence, or not :)
IMHO it's impossible not only
IMHO it's impossible not only in ejabberd, it's impossible with server-side at all (server act as client)

ejabberd generate "fake" part to user roster & user can't change it - after user relogin - server regenerate it roster
