SSL cert problem..

Hello, I'm PSI user.

I built ejabbered server in my computer.

and I start PSI and account my JID what based on my server

When turn on PSI, occured error message.

"The certificate is NOT valid!
Reason: certificate is self-signed "

You installed ejabberd using a Binary Installer downloaded from www.process-one.net right? Those installers generate an example SSL certificate. This certificate is self-signed, so Jabber clients show a warning. You have two solutions:
  • A) Ignore the warnings. For example you can enable an option in your account in Psi called 'Ignore SSL warnings'.
  • B) Get a certificate signed by known people. For example XMPP Intermediate Certificate Authority.
