http-poll benchmark stimulator?

This is probably a forlorn request but I'd like to run a stimulator of http-poll to benchmark our server.

Is there anything around to do that?

PS: I'm aware that the software documented at:

http://www.ejabberd.im/benchmark

isn't being maintained and is marginally available but if it has http-poll support it might be worth using.

I heard from JWChat author that he ran some benchmarks to try HTTP-Poll implementantions, but didn't ask which tool did he use. Maybe it's available here.

Tsunami

The Tsunami benchmark tool can be used for that. You can use Tsunami recorder (an HTTP proxy) to record the scenario (with JWChat for example).
Then the scenario can be replayed with a large number of users with the Tsunami benchmark tool.
