I'm setting up an ejabberd server, and can't figure out how to (if it's even possible to) allow file transfers in a MUC (such that one user can post a file (say an image) and all users in the chat will receive it. Thanks.

Not implemented
The MUC protocol () doesn't describe such feature. And ejabberd doesn't implement such feature, either.
