Have installed erlang R12-2 and ejabberd 2.0.2 on a CentOS 5.3 machine 32bit.
We have set up an openldap server on the same machine and there is a Drupal instance that is connected to the machine and working correctly off the ldap server.
When trying to access the server if there is a local account on the ejabberd server then the system will authenticate the user via the local account however if the user does not exist on the local ejabberd server and only in ldap it will fail authentication.

If the config is not put a certain way it does not work however if the config is put a certain way it works. Nothing wrong now, closing this.
